Twin Valkyries 25 heroic deaded
|
As a shared realm 4th (along with Protectorate and JPF), we nailed Valkyries, with a tactic all of our own. No cheesy door dodging and no luck reliance. Properly ftw! 
For those interested: It mostly involves tanking both valkyries at a portal with the raid in a single clump until a color change is required (for shield or vortex). The raid changes color (and target), deals with the problem, and moves to another portal to be prepared for another shift. During this, we have 5 soakers of the opposite color skating around the raid to pick up balls of the wrong color.
Oh, we also nailed [A Tribute to Insanity (10 player)] last week after a couple of infuriating weeks of 48 tries left. Grmbl.

- Beasts of Northrend, heroic mode, down! Apparently a realm 4th. Excellent work people, I expect Jaraxxus dead soon aswell!
- Next day: Jaraxxus hardmode down too. Toldya  Oops faction champions died too!
Heroic Twins down might be a screenshot if Mikk can be arsed!

3.2 out, we killed some trash
|
So, we walked into the new arena...
Some trash came at us, and dropped heaploads of epix.
There didn't seem to be a boss though. Must be bugged.
Edit: We tried pulling some aggro orc up on the side but he was LoSing us.. think his name was Galosh?
Edit 2: 2nd week: The orc still can't be pulled, but Blizzard distracted us by putting in a pair of clowns. First the big one killed the annoying one to everyone's relief and then it gave us purple pixels.
Edit 3: 3rd week: We managed to pull the adds around the orc, at least. That was actually fun! We got more purple pixels too!
Edit 4: This week: EVERYONE DIED IN THE WATER! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Yes, we had a wipe on this bugger due to some comedian DK popping Path of Frost as we were falling down into the pool. Grmbl. Hardmodes shall be inc shortly.
